Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026
This policy explains how Super Load Calculator handles information on superloadcalculator.com, including its public information pages and contact form. The calculator, trial and account service at app.superloadcalculator.com has a separate App Privacy Policy. Review that policy when using the application.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive the details you enter: your name, work email address, company, selected role or use case, and message. Please avoid sending confidential cargo manifests, account credentials or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
When you use the website, the hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, time of access and security signals. The marketing site does not set analytics cookies.
Google Analytics receives limited, cookieless signals about page views and selected site actions, such as opening a public sample or selecting a trial link. We do not send your contact-form text, email address, company name or cargo details to analytics.
How we use information
- To receive and reply to enquiries, and follow up on the subject you raised.
- To operate and protect the website, prevent automated spam and diagnose faults.
- To understand how visitors use public pages and improve them, using limited, cookieless analytics signals.
- To meet applicable legal obligations or address a dispute when necessary.
Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If we later offer a mailing list, it will have a separate choice and explanation.
Cookies and analytics
This marketing site does not set analytics cookies or use advertising cookies. Google Analytics runs with analytics and advertising storage denied and may receive limited signals without cookies. The protected contact form uses WordPress security controls and Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals needed for spam protection.
The calculator application may use its own cookies and account controls. Its App Privacy Policy explains that separate service.
Service providers
Website hosting and email-delivery providers help us operate the site and respond to messages. Cloudflare Turnstile helps check whether contact submissions are automated; Cloudflare processes technical signals for that security function. Google Analytics receives limited public-site usage signals without analytics cookies. These providers may process data in locations outside your country; their handling is also subject to their own terms and safeguards.
We do not send contact-form content to Google Analytics. We do not make public sample pages from private customer cargo.
Retention
We keep contact-form enquiry records and related email copies under our control for up to 90 days from receipt, then delete them, unless a longer period is required by law or is necessary to resolve a specific dispute. Routine backup copies may remain until their scheduled overwrite and are not used for ordinary enquiries. Security logs and analytics data follow their configured schedules and are reviewed separately from contact enquiries.
Your choices and requests
To ask about information you provided, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use our contact form and write “Privacy request” in your message. We may need to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it. We will respond in line with applicable law.
Links to other sites
Links to the application and external services take you to their own websites. This marketing-site policy does not replace their privacy notices.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the site or its data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version. For privacy questions, use our contact form.
